I compose and perform songs with themes linked to the countryside, memory and the community. Cantar de sowing is my first solo album, in addition to some singles. I use three different instrumental equipment: Instruments from pre-Hispanic Mexico such as teponaztlis, rattles, whistles and Mexican trumpets; mestizo songs with traditional instruments such as the jarana and the warm drum; string ensemble with which genres rooted in urban Mexico such as waltz, danzón and bolero are performed
